OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
